This morning has been developed at the headquarters of the Delegation of the Government of the Region of Murcia the act of presentation of the XXIII Mototuristic Route 'For Life' organized by the Association Against Drugs.
A route that will be held next Sunday, June 3, departing from Plaza Díez de Revenga in Murcia and ending in Fortuna, where the brotherhood meal will be held at the Balneario Leana facilities in this spectacular setting surrounded by gardens, pine forests , walks and fountains.
In this presentation have been present the Government Delegate in Murcia, Francisco Bernabé, the mayor of Fortuna, José Enrique Gil, and several representatives of the organizing association 'All against drugs' headed by its president, Casiano Navarro.
The registration period will start on May 8 until the day before the twenty-third edition of this motorbike route that will also have a special memory to an emblem for the world of motorcycling, Angel Nieto, who died a few months ago.
The route will begin in Díez de Revenga, towards the Kingdom of Murcia Avenue, continuing in caravan to Zarandona, Monteagudo, Llano de Brujas, Santa Cruz and Alquerías, where the first stop of the event will take place for lunch.
Later it will pass through the Murcia districts of El Raal, El Esparragal and Cobatillas, heading towards Abanilla, and from there to Fortuna where the trip to the Balneario Leana will end.
The mayor of Fortuna stressed in his speech that "the thousands of participants in this route will be able to enjoy an open, welcoming municipality, that day will be with them, as we always do with those who visit us. the most attractive destinations in the Region of Murcia for the so-called Interior Tourism, and the fact that Casiano Navarro and José Belmonte have chosen us as the end of this Route is a good proof of this.
José Enrique Gil has announced that "in this event we intend to show all the treasures of Fortuna in a route that invites the participants to browse and discover our municipality intensely, thus promoting tourism in Fortuna, a municipality full of interesting attractions for the traveler, jewels like the unique natural places to practice sport in nature, or simply to enjoy it ... such as the protected areas of the Sierra de la Pila or Humedal del Ajauque or our remarkable artistic historical heritage, being our flagship, the deposit from Roman times Spa Romano de Fortuna, that we are going to put in value, and that the participants in this route will be able to visit ".
