It is noted that, if not, the City Council may order the cleaning and fencing of these plots with its subsidiary execution by the obligated person
The mayor of Fortuna, José Enrique Gil, has issued a mayoral order to undertake the adaptation of the unbuilt lots that are integrated into the urban area.
This institutional request has been made so that the owners of these sites proceed to its cleaning and fencing with a double objective, on the one hand to clean up the entire urban area as a visual impact, and on the other to avoid that in these days that the solar heat are not a source of problems for both insects and firefighting.
The side has exposed this situation, recalling that "this poor condition offers a terrible image of the areas where they are located and causes public health hazards due to the presence of insects and rodents."
In this sense, citizen collaboration has been requested to proceed with the cleaning and fencing of the lots, especially because they are very prone to provoke outbreaks of mosquito and fly pests, as well as attracting rodents to the urban center.
Finally, from the city hall have recalled the regulations in this regard and will be offered a prudent time to act in the coming weeks, saving an option for the City to be able to order, in a final instance, to perform the cleaning and fencing of these lots through a subsidiary execution charged to the person bound to it.
