The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia, in collaboration with the Local Police of Fortuna, has developed an investigation to clarify a robbery committed in a public establishment in Fortuna, which has culminated with the identification, location and detention of a young woman as alleged author of the criminal acts investigated.
After the investigation, which is framed in the 'Safe Trade Plan', the stolen van has been recovered and much of the effects stolen at the premises, which have already been returned to its owner.
The proceedings began last Saturday, August 24, when there was knowledge, following a complaint, of the commission of a robbery in a public establishment in Fortuna.
Apparently, using force, the authors accessed the interior of the canteen of the local sports facilities and stole a large number of objects from the premises, such as appliances, furniture and drinks, which were loaded into a van that was located nearby and they fled the place with the subtracted effects.
Effective of Prevention of Citizen Security of the Benemérita, in collaboration with the Local Police of the locality, initiated the corresponding investigation in order to clarify the facts and detain their perpetrators.
The first investigations carried out were carried out in the place where the robbery had been committed, which allowed verifying the reported extremes.
The evidence collected, as well as other efforts, led the agents to an area of ​​Fortuna, where the subtracted effects were allegedly hidden.
Once all the necessary evidence was obtained and the person was identified, allegedly, after the robbery investigated, the agents located and detained a young woman as the alleged author of the crimes of robbery with force and theft of a vehicle.
As a result of the investigation, the agents also recovered much of the subtracted effects, as well as the van also stolen and used to transport them.
The 22-year-old Spanish detainee and neighbor of Fortuna, the recovered effects and the proceedings taken have been made available to the Cieza Court of Instruction (Murcia).
