The Emergency Coordination Center 1-1-2 Region of Murcia has received several calls from 18: 10h.

informing of the fire declared in a scrapping company located in the industrial estate of Fortuna in C / Apolo.

They report the existence of several burning trucks and the rapid spread of fire to the rest of scrap metal.

In the place of the fire are the following units:

First intervention of Civil Protection of Fortuna

Firefighters of the Firefighting and Rescue Consortium of the Region of Murcia belonging to the Abanilla and Molina de Segura parks.

A total of 8 firefighters and sergeant in command and 8 extinguishing vehicles (3 light urban pumps, 1 nurse truck and a headquarters vehicle).

Consortium firefighters belonging to the Sewer Park 3 firefighters and 2 extinguishing vehicles, 1 light urban pumper and 1 nurse truck are mobilized.

TOTAL EFFECTS 11 FIREFIGHTERS AND 8 EXTINGUISHING VEHICLES.
