Finabel Martínez thanks the rest of the councilors who receive municipal compensation for reducing their income in the same proportion
The mayor, Finabel Martínez, has renounced 25% of her salary during the entire period of validity of the current state of alarm caused by the Covid-19 coronavirus.
The decision of the councilor of Citizens, embodied in a resolution of the Mayor dated Friday 27, is according to her "totally timely and has a character of solidarity with the neighbors who, because of this health emergency that is affecting the economy , they are having a bad time ”.
Martínez thanked the decision of the other five councilors who receive remuneration (three full and two partial) to apply the same reduction of 25%.
