Ecologists in Action has denounced that in the municipality of Fortuna and within the limits of the protected natural area "Wetland Ajauque and Rambla Salada" has fenced and put into irrigated trees a stretch of 270 linear meters and 1,350 square meters of Via Pecuaria called Wash Trail Alicante, classified with a width of 4-5 meters.
The organization warns that the works prevent passage by the cattle route that has physically gone to the border with the Rambla de Ajauque.
This track livestock, remember, is included in the inventory of cattle trails collecting PGMO Fortuna, and cataloged as undeveloped land Protection and General Communications System, so you can not perform works such as denouncing the organization and much less cutting step.
Ecologists in action for these facts constitute a very serious administrative offense under Article 21.1.d) of Law 3/1995 of 23 March, cattle trails:
"... The actions and omissions that cause harm or impairment in the cattle routes or impede their use and occupation thereof without due administrative title ...".
In addition, the organization warns that the penal code criminalizes against land use and urban planning to carry out development works, construction or authorizable building on public property (art. 319) and the omission in the performance of mandatory inspections (art. 320).
Therefore, Ecologists in Action has sent the complaint to the competent authorities, for which the area is inspected and punish those responsible and be required to restore the stretch of track livestock eliminated, allowing free transit through this public road protected.
