The Ministry of Public Works and Planning expects the Fortuna City Council approves the revised text of the General Urban Plan before the end of the year, comprising a total of 148 square kilometers.
This was stated by Antonio Sevilla during today's meeting with the mayor Fortuna, Catherine Smith, who stressed that the urban plan will boost his business.
The owner of Public Works said the new rule will regulate urban legal situations especially in rural areas of the municipality, where there are small clusters of rustic houses.
Besides the issues of planning, Antonio Sevilla explained that Fortuna character has different needs among which road is improved initial tranche of the A-17, which connects the town with the districts high.
"We consider this work essential as it is the main access to the town from the villages, and their project is technically drafted and approved," said the counselor.
During the meeting held in the city of Fortuna, also highlighted the need for strong reinforcement of the variant of Fortuna, which has a heavy vehicle traffic very important.
The Council also recognized the need to undertake road safety skits on cruise 423, near the center of social facilities Reina Sofia, College Sixto Jimenez and municipal morgue.
