The president of the Community, Ramón Luis Valcárcel, today visited the town of Fortuna, where the Autonomous Community will build a new health center to replace the current and undertake refurbishment of the road from La Garapacha.

The head of Murcia, accompanied by the Minister of Health and Social Policy, Maria Angeles Palacios, and the mayor of the municipality, Catherine Smith, visited the area where the construction of this new facility care, which is already in the process of implementation.

The City Council has given a plot of 2828 meters square for the development of these works in Santiuste Felix Street, on which has already done the technical study and initial needs program.

The construction of a new health center to replace the current has been one of the main demands of this town by its mayor, to the care needs of this area of ​​health.

Fortuna has also a health center, a local clinic in the village of La Garapacha.

Prior to the hearing of this land, the president of the Community met with the mayor and some members of the municipal corporation in the city, who will set out the main actions being undertaken in the municipality, and pass mainly due to the commissioning of a Economic Revitalization Plan Fortuna, which focuses on three strategic areas based on sectoral diversification, re-industrialization and innovation.

All with the main objective of boosting local business and create jobs in the city, by measures for entrepreneurs, new business creation and diversification of existing business activities.

Finally, the regional chief executive of the route crossed the road to La Garapacha current to be remodeled by the region.

The works of this project performances contemplate about 2.8 kilometers of this road, to improve the sign and signage, as well as extension of the same, as the platform will have a dimension of 13 meters, in addition to with a bike by its proximity to the center of town, with an estimated budget that could amount to nearly two million.
