Recovered effects have been returned to their owner
The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia has developed an investigation into a crime of burglary in a holding Fortuna, which has resulted, so far, with the arrest of a local resident, a farmer by profession, suspicion of crime of receiving, to acquire part of the stolen effects, which have been recovered and returned to its owner.
The proceedings were initiated by the ROCK Cieza Team last March after they should have knowledge of the commission of a burglary at a farm in Fortuna, where the authors stole, among other things, a generator installation irrigation, worth over 5,000 euros.
Initially research focused on gathering all possible evidence of the commission theft and stolen effects.
Subsequently, the Meritorious established a monitoring device in agricultural areas of Fortuna and surrounding towns in order to detect illegal trade in stolen effects.
Fruit of the monitoring device, the researchers detected large movement of machinery, hoses and new trees in a farm town, so we proceeded, in company owner of the farm, to perform a site survey, which found , inside metal container used as irrigation head, a generator with identical characteristics to stolen, checking at the time and in the presence of the head of the operation, the serial number, which matched that provided by bill purchase by the complainant.
Once the participation of the owner of the property in the matter under investigation and after verification of the data provided by him, proceeded to arrest, on suspicion of crime of receiving, to acquire effects from theft, seizing the generator , worth over 5,000 euros, after being brought to justice, has been returned to its owner.
The Spanish-arrested 31-year-resident of Fortuna, retrieved effects and the proceedings have been brought before the Magistrate's Court in Cieza (Murcia).
The investigation remains open, so new actions and arrests are not ruled out.
