The Civil Guard established Murcia, last August 31, a police device led to the release of a woman who was retained by his son in a home in Fortuna, which ended after an hour of negotiations, with leaving the victim's home and the transfer of the offender to a hospital, both unharmed.

The incident occurred on Monday, day 31, when the Civil Guard was alerted that in a house in Fortuna, a woman was being held by his son who allegedly brandished a knife and prevented to leave the property.
Immediately, members of the Civil Guard went to the site to verify the information and, if so, prevent a violent act that may damage the physical integrity of the alleged victim occurred.
Once in place, the policemen found that housing was taking a violent situation where a man wielding a knife with which he threatened his mother.
In view of the unstable behavior of Spanish young, 24 and with a criminal record for abuse in the home, the Civil Guard established a police presence, which was attended by the local police in Fortuna, aimed at resuming the situation and convince this person to forgo his attitude.
After cordoning off the area, an expert from the Guardia Civil, hostage negotiator he traveled to the area to assist in making contact with the person and get entrenched adopt a peaceful attitude.
Once engaged in dialogue with him, and in a performance which lasted for about an hour, the Civil Guard managed to stabilize the situation and convince him to let her mother out of the home.
He was then persuaded to hand over the knife.
At the time he presented the knife was detained by policemen and due to their state of agitation and disorder, was taken for medical services there displaced emergency to the Hospital Morales Meseguer of Murcia to be attended by doctors.
The work, carried out by the Civil Guard in the town of Fortuna and aimed at protecting the physical integrity of a woman who was trapped in his home, led to the release of this, the transfer of the offender to a hospital and the investigation of prosecution for the alleged crimes of illegal detention and death threats with knives.
