The director general of Transport and Ports, Carmen Sandoval, accompanied by the mayor of Fortuna, Matías Carrillo, and Works and Services councilman Jose Garcia, visited this morning the new bus shelters have been installed in Fortune by grant from the Ministry of Public Works and Planning to improve service to citizens of public transport.

"They are located at those stops where it makes a greater number of trips, to ensure road safety in a larger number of users," said the director.
Sandoval noted that this investment represents a total budget of the regional government that focuses on improving transport in the Murcia region through infrastructure facilities to support the passenger transport sector, which allowed in 2008 to subsidize the installation of canopies municipalities as Abanilla Lorqui Calasparra, Cehegín and Puerto Lumbreras.
